The Idaho Child Support Program automatically installs all the necessary components to run the software on your computer. Depending on your operating system you will need to perform some of the steps listed below.

Windows 7 Considerations

Some users have reported trouble with running ICSP under Windows 7. In order to run ICSP you need to check the following:

User installing the software has Administrator privledges.

Windows 7 is set to allow ICSP to run

Make sure Java 6 is installed.

If all else fails, turn off the UAC security.

To install the database so it can shared on the network Choose Install Software and then Install Database Only. The location of this file is where all users must point their application to.
