| Q: How was this application developed? |
| A:
The Idaho Child Support program was developed using Sun Microsystems Java® software to allow the usage of it on different types of computers and operating systems. The current version of the software has been tested to run on Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7. In order to run the this version on your computer you will need to download the Java Runtime software. You can download the file by clicking here or by visiting www.java.com. Please be aware the file is large and the download may take some time, especially if you are not on a high speed line.

| Q. Why is the software so inexpensive as compared to what's currently available? |
| A.
Our philosophy is to offer quality affordable software to our customers. We believe that if we provide a solution at a reasonable price people will be more honest and purchase the software and not use an illegal copy.

|
| Q. What about updates. How will I get them? |
| A.
Updates are available through two methods. If you do not have internet access contact us and we will send the updates to you on CD-ROM.
If you have access to the internet the application will automatically connect to our web site to see if a later version is available and prompt you to
upgrade. You can also do an update manually by launching the application, click on File, Properties. On the Update tab click on Check For Updates button
to check for updates. The version you are currently using will be checked against our most recent updates. If an update is available, your "Download Updates" button will become available. Simply click on the button to download the newest version.
