Creating a New Case

When first starting a New Case (or Viewing an existing Case) you will be brought to the Case Snapshot and Case At A Glance page. This page allows you to enter the very basic information that is needed for a case, or to jump to different sections. At anytime you can return here by clicking Case At A Glance in the top left corner of the form.
